Meeting for annual elections for Board of Governors

- 9 AM Nominations for two positions on Board of Governors
- 10 AM – noon Exit teleconferencing for submission of ballots
- 12:30 PM Reconvene for Announcement of election results

Nominations and seconds for the election of two board members will be taken from the floor via teleconference meeting at 9 AM. Polls for in-person balloting will be open from 10AM till noon at the clubhouse. The teleconference will resume at 12:30 to announce results.
The procedure for assembling to vote will be posted on www.blackpointbeachclub.com by Friday, June 26. There will be an alternate plan for assembling in the event of rain.
Anyone with plans to run for a seat may choose to submit a one page bio of bulleted qualifications/reasons for running, and a photo, by Wed, June 24, at 8PM, to bog@blackpointbeachclub.com. These will be published on the association website on Friday, June 26.
In order to run for office at BPBCA, vote, or nominate, one must be a person who owns land at BP, or an elector of East Lyme who lives at Black Point.
Voters must wear a facemask and bring a pen/pencil.
An organizational meeting will immediately follow the annual election meeting.
