This year we will have two new yoga teachers. On Mondays, Molly Murkett Bruno will be our instructor. Molly teaches at Get Bent in Norwich and Blissworks Yoga & Healing Arts in New London. On Wednesdays and Fridays, Rachel Hoath will be our instructor. “Ray” is an experienced, registered yoga teacher or E-RYT. She has been teaching yoga for over 2 years and 1,000 hours. Her mother is one of the co-owners of Center for Healing Therapies in Waterford, Connecticut. Ray created the Center’s yoga department in 2012 and continues to insure it is running smoothly.

The Black Point Men’s Club is hosting a Sports Night on Friday, August 29, at 7:00pm at the clubhouse. Sports Night will feature noted television personality Rich Coppola. Rich, a Black Pointer, has been the Sports Director at FoxCT since 1989. He has been honored by the National Sportscasters and Sportswriters Association (NSSA) as the winner of the Connecticut Sportscaster of the Year. Sports Night is open to all. Bring your own refreshments.
