Introducing the Black Point Beach Club Endowment Fund
The Black Point Beach Club Association is proud to announce the creation of the Black Point Beach Club Endowment Fund—a permanent investment in the future of our community.

The Endowment Fund is designed to build a lasting source of financial support for Black Point. Through charitable gifts that are professionally invested over time, the fund will help support capital improvement priorities identified in our Master Plan . As our community ages and capital improvement needs grow, the Endowment Fund will provide an additional source of financial support for future projects or unforeseen
events.

The Endowment Fund is overseen by a committee of dedicated Black Point members that operates independently of the Board of Governors. The Fund’s assets are professionally invested and managed by the Greater Hartford Gives Foundation (formerly the Hartford Foundation for Public Giving), a trusted 501(c)(3) public charity with extensive experience managing charitable endowments and community funds.

Because the Greater Hartford Gives Foundation is a qualified public charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, all contributions to the Endowment Fund are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. The Greater Hartford Gives Foundation will acknowledge your gift and provide an official tax receipt for your
records.

Why an Endowment?

Unlike a traditional fundraising campaign, an endowment is intended to grow over time. Gifts are invested, allowing the fund to generate earnings that can support Black Point for generations to come. Every contribution helps build a stronger financial foundation for our community’s future.
