With the official start of summer and the beach season upon us, our Zoning Enforcement Officer would like to remind our members to take steps to ensure the safety and well-being of everyone here at Black Point.
Our zoning regulations require those owners who have bushes and hedges to ensure that they are not causing any dangers to vehicular or pedestrian traffic. The regulation specifically identifies a shrub or hedge height limit of 42″ (measured from the road) within 10 ft of an intersection.
