One of the more well-known benefits of volunteering is the impact on the community. Volunteering allows you to connect to your community and make it a better place. There is currently a vacant alternate position on the BPBCA Zoning Commission. Zoning Board of Appeals

The Zoning Board of Appeals of the Black Point Beach Club Association is seeking interested candidates for the Zoning Board of Appeals. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of Building Code and Regulations as set forth in our Zoning Policy Manual as well as prior Zoning or Zoning Board of Appeals experience.
