A Special Meeting to hold an Executive Session and FOI Workshop for the Black Point Beach Club Board of Governors will be held on Monday November 22nd, 2021, at 5:00 p.m.; this will be a hybrid meeting and will be held in the Black Point Beach Club Association Clubhouse located at 6 Sunset Avenue, Niantic, Connecticut, and attendance will also be available via Zoom.

A Zoning Commission Public Hearing will be held on October 9th, 2021 at 9:00 am at the Black Point Beach Clubhouse at 6 Sunset Avenue, Niantic; a Special Zoning Meeting will immediately follow the Public Hearing.

2022 Zoning Meeting Calendar

BPBCA BOG October 4th, 2021 Special Meeting & Site Walk Scheduled

Monday October 4th at 10:00am, a Special Meeting will be held by the BOG to conduct a site walk at the scour wall at the end of Bellair. Following the site walk, an executive session will be held at the clubhouse.

The BPBCA ZBA has an open position for an alternate member to be voted on at the BOG meeting on October 21st. Please send all resumes to bog@blackpointbeachclub.com by October 18th for consideration.

Black Point Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing September 29, 2021 at 6:00 p.m.
at the Clubhouse (6 Sunset Avenue, Niantic, CT)

to hear the following application:

Black Point Zoning Board of Appeals Case 3-2021 Application of Joseph and Eileen Strzegowski, request for a variance of setback requirements at 16 Bellaire Road, Niantic, CT. Said parcel appears on the East Lyme Assessor’s map 05.11, lot 45.

It is strongly encouraged that all attendees wear a mask. The clubhouse will be set up to ensure social distancing.
