As many of you know there was a robbery suspect apprehended on Woodland St. on Sunday. He is suspected of more robberies in the area over the last several weeks.
Please take the time to lock up your cars and homes at night and whenever you leave the home unattended. The story was reported in The Day on Monday.
Report anything you think is suspicious to the East Lyme Police Dept. If you see open doors, broken windows, car alarms going off in places you know the residents are not home, call the police to inform them.
Residents looking out for residents will help each other stay safe.
