Notice is hereby given that there will be a Public Hearing on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. The Public Hearing will be conducted for the following purpose: The Black Point Beach Club Association Charter may be re-opened in order to review the possibility of allowing property held in trust at Black Point Beach Club Association to designate a trustee or member of the trust to vote and/or participate in the governance of the Association. This public hearing will be the initial public hearing and will provide the community with an opportunity to provide preliminary input on this and other potential Charter revisions.
