Notice of Public Hearing
Notice is hereby given that the Charter Revision Commission of the Black Point Beach Club Association will conduct a Public Hearing on September 23, 2026 at 7 o’clock p.m. in the Association Clubhouse, 6 Sunset Avenue, Niantic, CT 06357 to solicit public input. Virtual attendance via Zoom will be offered for this hearing. https://tinyurl.com/
The Board of Governors has charged the Commission to consider:
A. The alteration of Association boundaries to include certain contiguous properties
B. The alteration of the Association boundaries to formally include the parcel located on the Pattagansett estuary.
C. The Commission may also consider such other items pertaining to the Charter as it deems desirable or necessary.
At this hearing, interested persons may appear and be heard and written
communication may be received. Public comments will be limited to three minutes. Written comments may be addressed to bp.charter.revision@gmail.
