It is so great to see the increased number of people returning to Black Point. People going to the Black Point Market, dog walkers, families and kids. The summer season 2026 has arrived and we are all glad.
Also, there is an increase in traffic including bikes, scooters and golf carts. It is scary to see some of our youth blowing through intersections and stop signs on electric scooters. Safety of the operators of these devices is always a concern, but there is added worries about the little ones that run like the wind but don’t know about people not paying attention on our roads. For their safety (including my 2 year old granddaughter’s) sake, please be cautious and aware.
