Remote Voting

You are eligible to use remote voting if you:

• Own property in Black Point and are entitled to vote in our elections
• Are NOT able to attend BOG meeting(s) in which community member voting will be conducted .
• Plan to attend the BOG meeting(s) in which community member voting will be conducted remotely using Zoom (Make sure you have Zoom downloaded on your computer or smart phone.) Here is the link to access the “Basic” free account: https://zoom.us/pricing.
• Have completed a Member Designation Form if your property is held in a trust, corporation, partnership, LLC, or corporate entity. (Form must be submitted to secretary@blackpointbeachclub.com 10 business days before the voting meeting.)
