Hello Black Pointers,
We’re pleased to announce the successful passage of the proposed FY 25/26 budget, approved by a vote of 146 Yays to 9 Nays.
We’re excited to welcome our newest Board of Governance (BOG) Members: Dominick Reis, David Weiss, and Kelly Fecteau. We also congratulate Colleen Chapin on her reelection for a second term. A sincere thank you goes out to former BOG Members Arlene Garrow, Peter Meggers, and John Cellino for their dedicated hard work and valuable contributions.
We extend a special thank you to everyone who ran for a Board position. Having seven candidates for the first time in years is a testament to the strength of this community. Our sincere appreciation goes to Jim Mastria, Garrett Hickey, and Peter Meggers for their participation. The election was very close, and we encourage you to remain involved and hope you’ll consider running again next year.
