Zoning Enforcement Officer
The Black Point Beach Club Association (BPBCA) Zoning Commission is in search of an individual to perform the duties of the zoning enforcement officer (ZEO). Applicants should have previous experience in zoning matters, zoning regulations, and the Connecticut General Statutes pertaining to zoning. Knowledge of GIS mapping preferred. ZEO shall receive and review applications for zoning permits. ZEO shall inspect the properties at BPBCA on a weekly basis. ZEO is also required to attend Zoning Commission meetings and Zoning Board of Appeals meeting in cases of any appeals of the ZEO. Individual shall also work with Town of East Lyme Officials when required.
