1.Attendance & Quorum:

 

MEMBERS PRESENT:    Chairman John Sullivan, Secretary Marianne O’Neil, Steve Reed

 

MEMBERS ABSENT:  Ned Cosgrove, Randy Molloy,  Alternates Brian Ewings, John Manuck and Sharon Sklar

 

Chairman Sullivan convened the meeting at 10:20AM.  A quorum was present.

 

2. New Business

 

Mr. Sullivan asked if there were any motions pertaining to the proposed changes. Mrs.O’Neil made a motion to approve the Proposals to the Zoning Regulations that had been reviewed at the Public Hearing and amend the regulations effective on September 1, 2010. Mr. Reed seconded the motion. Mr. Sullivan asked if there was any discussion. Mrs. O’Neil stated that upon listening to the public comment, she felt that adding “and volume” to Section VI,7b,ii would lead to more confusion rather than clarifying. Mr. Reed concurred. Mrs. O’Neil made a motion to amend her original motion by deleting the proposed change to Section VI,7b ii. Mr. Reed seconded it. All voted to amend the motion. It was approved unanimously. Mr. Sullivan called for a vote on the amended motion. It was passed unanimously. 

 

3.  Next Meeting

 

The next regular meeting of the Zoning Commission will be on Friday, August 27, 2010 in the Clubhouse at 6PM.

 

4. Adjournment

 

Mrs. O’Neil made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Mr. Reed. The motion was passed unanimously. The meeting was adjourned at 10:34AM.
