PRESENT: Bill Willetts, Don Wilkinson, Paul Bollo
ALSO PRESENT: Paul Pendergast, Alternate
ABSENT: Phil Hagaman, Joyce Wojtas, Bill Greenwood, Alternate
Mr. Willetts convened this Special Meeting of the Black Point Beach Club Zoning Board of Appeals at 11:34 AM for the purposes of electing a Chairman and Corresponding Secretary for this new year.
Mr. Willetts asked if anyone had any conflicts regarding these elections.
There were none.
It was noted that Mr. Pendergast as an Alternate could not participate/vote in any elections.
Mr. Willetts called for nominations for the position of Chairman of the BP ZBA for this year.
**MOTION (1)
Mr. Bollo nominated Mr. Willetts for the position of Chairman of the BP ZBA for this year.
Mr. Wilkinson seconded the motion.
Vote was 3 – 0 – 0. Motion passed.
Mr. Willetts called for nominations for the position of Corresponding Secretary of the BP ZBA for this year.
**MOTION (2)
Mr. Willetts nominated Mr. Bollo for the position of Corresponding Secretary of the BP ZBA for this year.
Mr. Wilkinson seconded the motion.
Vote was 3 – 0 – 0. Motion passed.
Mr. Willetts closed nominations.
It was noted for the record that Public Hearings & Regular Meetings of the BP ZBA would be held on the fourth Friday of the month (generally at 7 PM at the Clubhouse) IF AN APPLICATION HAS BEEN RECEIVED. If there are no applications then there will not be a Public Hearing & Regular Meeting for that month. Notification of all members and the Recording Secretary will come from the Chairman or Corresponding Secretary.

Mr. Wilkinson moved to adjourn this Special Meeting of The Black Point Beach Club Zoning Board of Appeals at 11:43 AM.
Mr. Bollo seconded the motion.
Vote was 3 – 0 – 0. Motion passed.
