PRESENT: Peter Stempien, Chairman, Sally Cini, Secretary, Phil Hagaman, Bill Greenwood, Bill Willetts, Alternate

ALSO PRESENT: Attorney Edward O’Connell, Black Point Beach Assoc. Counsel, Steve Whitman, Alternate, Tom Hayes, Alternate

ABSENT: Don Wilkinson

Chairman Stempien called this Special Meeting of the Black Point Beach Club Association Zoning Board of Appeals to order at 10:00 AM.

**MOTION (1) Mr. Hagaman moved to enter into Executive Session at 10:01 AM for the purpose of discussing Pending Litigation issues with the Association Attorney.

Mr. Willetts seconded the motion. Vote was 5 – 0 – 0. Motion passed.

**MOTION (2) Mr. Hagaman moved to return to Special Meeting with No Action Taken in Executive Session and to then adjourn this February 18, 2006 Special Meeting of the Black Point Beach Club Association Zoning Board of Appeals at 10:30 AM.

Mr. Greenwood seconded the motion.

Vote was 5 – 0 – 0. Motion passed.
